 Mobile printing can be a major time saver for almost every business today. Some mobile printing and scanning advantages include: no driver installation necessary, reduction in the amount of hardware needed, and reduced overall printing.
In 2012, a local private school had a vision to update the school’s technology. Today they have a wireless campus with laptops, iPads, and interactive white boards used by faculty, staff and students. OMNI worked with St. Mary’s to right size the fleet of copiers, printers and scanners required, with the future in mind. In 2013 they established mobile printing with new MFD devices and got rid of the library’s coin-operated printing device. Today they have reduced printing and copying costs by 43% from where we started.
