J.R. began his career in 1988 with A-Copy as a field service technician. Two years later he joined OMNI as the company’s fourth employee and first technician. After serving as senior technical specialist for several years, he sought out the opportunity to work on the sales side of the business and took on the role of federal sales account manager in 1998. In, 2007 J.R. transitioned to establish a new area of the business and began working in the Director of Information Technology role, focusing on federal pre-sales consulting, bid response, implementation & project management, federal IT security evaluation & implementation, internal infrastructure design and support, federal contracting compliance, business processes evaluation, document workflow assessment and design, and image capture & distribution methodologies.
